About the tool

A flexibility hold is an angle the phone can see. This tool reads a gallery photo or the live camera, places keypoints on the body, and returns that angle. The holds named here are the split, the needlescale, the pancake, the king pigeon and the bridge, plus the rest of a list of more than ten.

Gallery analysis uses the photo you choose. The live path waits until the person is in frame, then captures. You do not upload a workout video for the live path. If the automatic keypoint is on the wrong joint, the angle editor lets you move it and read the angle again.

What a joint angle means, and which joints a single camera cannot see, is onrange of motion. This page is the product: the demo, the hold list, and the photo path. Keypoints inside a PoseTracker SDK app stay on the device. The photo path of this tool is the one that uses the picture you select.

It is not a goniometer on the skin and it does not output a Modified Schober distance. A limb out of frame, a joint hidden by the body, or a face-on fold is not a number you can store. It is not a medical device and it does not say whether a stretch is safe. Yoga, dance, gymnastics and personal-training apps can store the angle in their own program.

The public demo runs in the PoseTracker app. A product that wants the same camera inside its own screen uses the SDK below: free on-device keypoints, and an API key when the app needs the exercise engine for reps, angles and a form score. The integration price printed on this page is a €9,000 setup fee and a subscription from €50 a month. That is this tool’s integration quote. It is not the self-serve Developer plan, which is €50 a month for up to 1,000 API calls.

Does the live camera upload a video?

Can I correct a keypoint before reading the angle?

Yes. The angle editor lets you move a keypoint when the automatic placement is off, then read the angle again.

Is this a clinical goniometer or a diagnosis?

No. It is a camera angle of a hold the phone can see. It is not a goniometer on the skin, not a Modified Schober distance, and not a medical device. A hidden joint or a limb out of frame is not a measurement.
